Who would have guessed only two weeks ago that our world would turn upside down. Things are a little nuts right now and changing literally by the hour, and despite the challenges we are all facing while navigating this uncertain time, it sometimes feels difficult to staying calm and optimistic. This novel virus is causing lots of stress, anxiety and worries.
